When you are deciding which route to go down, online referencing or using an agency you may want to ask yourself a few questions and really think about the two processes involved in each.

I would look at annualcreditreport.com. From there you will have access from Experian, Transunion and Equifax. These credit bureaus are FICO based.

You should have access to that via internet from the Phillipines.
