Best Online Credit Check

Ok guys, if you ever get a phone call saying that they can lower your credit card interest rate, hang up the phone immediately! It is a SCAM! More info. can be found at the Better Business Bureau:

I got this phone call few weeks ago. They said they could lower my credit card interest rate. I asked them if they were from Royal Bank (my credit card issuer), they said they were not but a related company or something. Then they tried to lower my suspicion by asking me if I were (my full name) and living on (my full address). Apparently they knew my name and address. I hanged up the phone as soon as they started to ask for my credit limit, etc. (No, I did not give out my credit card number or other personal info). God! It is those kind of bad people that make our soceity insecure. So be aware, it is a scam! For more info. as to how to protect yourself, go to the above web site.

Thanks for the heads up….I got one of those calls too..they would not tell me what company they represented and when I kept asking them questions, they hung up on me….scam artists (not even good ones) and rude too!
