The Involuntary Job Loss Protection coverage is available to all new residents and renewals who sign lease between February 1st and April 30th. In the unfortunate circumstance where a resident experiences a job loss, the resident must provide proof of involuntary unemployment from their employer to qualify as well as a 30 Day written notice. Residents are accountable for any damages which occurred during occupancy and the property reserves the right to retain all non-refundable move-in fees and concessions will be prorated over the full least term.
