You can only get the report if you send them all "the requirements" through mail and wait for friggin 4 weeks to get your free copy of your credit report. Otherwise, you have to pay $15 to get it online. Don’t you think this system is retarded and unfair to the people? Banks and others can see your credit no problems but for yourself, you have to go through the headache?

The free credit report available in the U. S. is the result of a federal law passed a couple of years ago. Canada didn’t pass a similar law.
