What thesis statement can I use for identity theft?

Friday

I am doing my research paper in identity theft in internet world. Can u please tell me how to write a thesis statement.

Thesis statements can be tricky. You need to already have an outline or brief notes about what your whole paper will be on. It should be a very brief overview on what the paper will be about.

My suggestion is to research:
The laws that were made to protect against it:
HIPAA, GLBA, and FACTA.

Research the ways it happen: electronically and when people steal other people's mail (bill statements, credit card applications, etc.)

Talk about the ways to prevent it, through properly computer security and shredding old statements, that you don't need.
