How much jail time do you get for identity theft and possession of a controlled substance (vicodin)?

Sunday

my friend got caught with vicodin and has also been charged with identity theft and forging a perscription. She has been in trouble before but it's been about 7 years. I want to know if anybody knows how much time she might be facing?

Depends on what state the crime happened in and how overcrowded the jails are. Identity theft is a serious offense. I would say she'd get at least 90 days but if the judge is lenient she could get probation and will need to seek drug treatment and counseling.

Seems like she has a problem with Vicodin. Instead of the jail time you should speak to her about beating the Vicodin addiction and hope she leanrs her lesson while she is in jail.
