Why is it easier to have negative Information removed from one credit reporting agency than the others?

I have disputed the same information at all three credit reporting agencies. Exuifax could not verify the accounts and removed them from my credit file but Transunion and Experian verified the accounts and they still appear on my report. Have other people had the same experience as me? If so, any advice on getting them removed from the other 2 agencies? Thanksabunch!!!
