It’s called the Pirate House, and it is in Savannah, Georgia, USA!
Of course, it was realigned and redecorated for the commercial, but yes, that is the place!
The Pirate House was featured on a Savannah trolley tour, where the tour guide xplained this to me.
Savannah was also the site of Forrest Gump.
