Credit reporting?

Can anyone tell me how I can report tenant’s late or early payments to the three main credit bureaus? I’ve found a few sites that offer the service for a fee, but I would like to know if possible how I can work direct with the agencies.
The 3 main credit reporting agencies are:
Equifax: www.equifax.com 1-888-202-4025
Experian: www.experiandirect.com 1-888-888-8553
Trans Union: www.transunion.com (phone numbers vary-check website)
Contact them directly and they will let you know what you can do.
