Is MyDream JCB Credit Card usable for air ticket online bookings here in the Philippines?

I’m planing to apply for a MyDream JCB credit card just for air ticket online bookings. I chose this because it has the lowest annual and interest rate and is can also be used worldwide. But I’m not sure if it can be used for online air ticket bookings for PAL and Cebu Pacific airlines. Can you help me decide?
