Is it ok to fill out direct debit details online for an egg credit card?

I havn’t done any internet banking before but Ive found one of the best interest rates online is the egg credit card. Its asking for my direct debit details, is this ok to do? here’s the website which I clicked on-

As egg is an online banking company Im quite sure its ok, but just worry to much and am kind of new to it all!

Yeah I have one and I had to do balance transfers. That was about 2 years ago and all is OK for me ?!?
