If you pay online, therefore do not receive a paper bill, you can look at the papers you received when you received the card. Your intrest rate is there. Of course if you threw it away or didn't read it you won't be able to find it.
Even if you did read and keep the papers, your rate could have changed. Most credit cards have adjustable rates and can change at any time but the bank must notify you in writing. Many people don't read these, just toss them because they look like junk or advertisements.
You might be better off calling if you don't receive your paper statements.

If you can't check online, turn the card over and call the number on the back for customer service. Ask them.

You should be able to see a copy of your statement on line so that you can print it. That should show the interest rate. You can also call the card company and ask them.

I have no idea what the rate is on my credit cards. to me it does not matter because I never pay any interest. Whatever it is, it is too high. I just pay my cards off every month automatically from my bank account. No checks, no postage, and no late penalties.

The online statements do include the interest rate. You just have to hunt for it.

You should be receiving a monthly bill. If not , call the bankand ask them.
