Year later US and Russian satellites `collide`. A retired Russia general came out saying he believed the US were trying to intercept and neutralise satellites.
Orbital nuclear missiles and the testing of the means of intercepting them.
Think Javelin AT missile/V2/warhead in orbit ATM. Could just be trying to knock out spy satelittes though.
