Moving- will apartment company see FICO or PLUS score when they check my credit?

Monday

I want to take a look at my credit score and report before the management company for the apartment I want will look it up but I already got my free ones for all three this year.
What will they see when they look it up? And also, will they see my PLUS score or FICO score?

Depends.

Experian only gives out Vantage scores since it's their system.

Equifax only gives out FICO scores.

Transunion gives out both so with them it depends on which one they ask for.

So as you can see there really is no way to tell for sure which score they will see.

As far as what they will see, they will see all public records, collections, accounts both revolving and installment including dates opened, amounts borrowed, payment history and balance owed, inquiries made within the last 24 months, recent employment information and previous addresses.

Most rental places want to see if you have a debt that exceeds more then what you are promising to pay them for rent and etc… If you do not owe anyone a large amount then don't worry. *
