For the free credit report check, aren’t we suppose to get the credit score for free as well?
Saturday
I want to know my FICO credit score for free, but none of the 3 major credit report companies (Equifax, Transunion, Experian) provide this info for free, only my good and bad (none) standings and balances.
Is there a way I can get my FICO score for free? Maybe Attorney General Consumer Affairs or Consumer Protection? Please help. Thanks.

Hi Chaya! Unfortunately, there’s nothing in the law that requires the credit bureaus to give you a free credit score with your yearly credit report. At the government-mandated website, AnnualCreditReport.com, you’ll have to pay to see your credit score.
Luckily, there are other options! At Quizzle.com, you can get a free credit report AND free credit score twice a year, no catches, no trial subscriptions, no credit card required.
Be careful with any website that promises a "free" credit report/score but requires a credit card number. If it’s really free, a credit card isn’t necessary.
